Most purchases may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and blank warranty cards.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Opened computer software and boxed warranties are non-returnable.
Built-to-order computers cannot be returned.
Opened computers, MP3 players, and computer accessories may be returned within 7 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued for:
Service parts or car equipment not installed by Audiotronics
Installation labor
Special-order items
These items are sold as-is and are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Cash purchases over $50: Refunds are issued by check within 10 business days.
Check payments: Refunds are issued by check after 15 business days.
Credit card payments: Refunds are returned to the original card used for the purchase.
Within 1 year of the original purchase, customers may trade in their passive (non-powered) home speakers toward a new pair priced at least 50% higher than the original purchase price.
Trade-Up Requirements
Receive 90% of the original purchase price as trade-in credit.
Speakers must be in excellent condition.
Original packaging and materials must be included.
The replacement speaker pair must meet the minimum purchase-price requirement.
Contact Audiotronics to confirm eligibility and arrange your speaker trade-up.
If you find a lower price from a local authorized dealer within 30 days of your purchase, Audiotronics may, at its discretion:
Refund the price difference, or
Repurchase the item.
Exclusions
Only one price-protection claim is allowed per purchase.
Products subject to manufacturer-set pricing are excluded.
Audiotronics offers a layaway payment plan with the following schedule:
First payment: One-third of the total amount upfront.
Second payment: One-third within 30 days.
Final payment: Remaining balance due within 60 days.
Layaway orders must be completed within 90 days. Orders not completed within this period will be canceled, and payments made will be forfeited under the existing policy.
This guarantee covers only the repair work specifically listed on the service invoice.
Parts installed by Audiotronics are guaranteed under normal use for 90 days from the repair date.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Additional repairs required for unrelated issues will be charged separately.
