If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase, except for items listed below, you may return it within seven days from the date of purchase for a full refund provided that the equipment is returned in original condition with all packing materials, accessories, manuals, cables and blank warranty cards.

The following are NOT covered by this Guarantee

Unopened computers, computer software, computer accessories including box warranties, and MP3 players are returnable under our money back guarantee however opened computers, MP3 players and computer accessories may be returned within our seven day return policy, but are subject to a return fee of 10% of purchase price. Opened computer software and boxed warranties are not returnable. Built-to-order computers are not returnable.

No refund, exchange or credit is available on any service part or car equipment not installed by Audiotronics, installation labor or for items that must be special ordered. These items are sold as is and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and may have to be returned to the manufacturer for any warranty determination or service.

Refund Payment Policy

Cash purchases of more than $50 will be refunded by check within ten business days. Purchases paid for by check will be refunded by check after a delay of 15 business days. Credit card refunds must be made back to the original credit card.

Within one (1) year from the date of purchase, you may trade up your passive, non-powered home speakers for a new pair selling for a minimum of 50% more than your original speakers. You will receive a credit of 90% of the purchase price of your original speakers towards your new speakers. Your original speakers must be in mint condition and be returned with their boxes and all packing materials.

Audiotronics guarantees that the price you pay will be competitive. If within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase you find a lower price from a local authorized stocking dealer, Audiotronics, at its option, will refund the difference or repurchase the item. Price protections are limited to one occurence. Unilaterally priced items are priced at

manufacturer set pricing are not subject to price protection guarantees.

Our payment plan is 1/3 down, 1/3 within 30 days, with the balance due in 60 days. Any

Lay-A-Way left over 90 days, along with any money paid will be forfeited by the purchaser.

This invoice shows charges for this repair job only. We guarantee only that the parts installed by us will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for a period of ninety days after the date of repair. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE PERFORMED OR PARTS FURNISHED BY US, and we do not make any guarantee with respect to any other parts. If additional repairs become necessary due to the failure of other defective parts, they will be charged separately.
