Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To qualify, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and blank warranty cards.

Items Not Covered

  • Opened computer software and boxed warranties are non-returnable.
  • Built-to-order computers cannot be returned.
  • Opened computers, MP3 players, and computer accessories may be returned within 7 days but are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items

No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued for:

  • Service parts or car equipment not installed by us
  • Installation labor
  • Special order items

These items are sold as-is and are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any service or warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

  • Cash purchases over $50 will be refunded by check within 10 business days.
  • Purchases made by check will be refunded by check after 15 business days.
  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used.

Home Speaker Trade-Up Policy

Within 1 year of purchase, you may trade in your passive (non-powered) home speakers for a new pair priced at least 50% higher than the original.

  • Receive 90% of the original purchase price as credit
  • Items must be in excellent condition
  • Original packaging and materials must be included

Low Price Guarantee

We strive to offer competitive pricing. If you find a lower price from a local authorized dealer within 30 days of purchase, we will either:

  • Refund the difference, or
  • Repurchase the item (at our discretion)

Note:

  • Price protection is limited to one claim per purchase
  • Items with manufacturer-set pricing are excluded

Layaway Policy

Our payment plan is structured as follows:

  • 1/3 payment upfront
  • 1/3 within 30 days
  • Remaining balance due within 60 days

Any layaway not completed within 90 days will be canceled, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Service Department Guarantee

This invoice covers only the listed repair work.

  • Parts installed by us are guaranteed under normal use for 90 days from the repair date.
  • No other warranties (express or implied) are provided, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
  • Additional repairs due to unrelated issues will be charged separately.
